Spooky City is designed specifically for children aged 6–15 and their families. All children must be accompanied by an adult (18+) and every attending adult requires a valid adult ticket.
Are there any other entry restrictions?
Spooky City is a live-action, immersive scare event. You will experience spooky audio & lighting, low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp or wet conditions and a physically demanding environment. It is not recommended for people with limited mobility, light-sensitive reactions, heart or respiratory conditions, back/muscle/skeletal conditions, or if you are pregnant.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in any area of the event space. Assistance dogs are permitted in the fully accessible Scare Village.
Can we wear fancy dress?
Fancy dress is strongly encouraged. However, for safety reasons, visitors are not permitted to wear face masks or bring physical props.
When should I arrive?
Sessions run daily at 2:00 PM, 2:30 PM, 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM. Please arrive on site in time to park, meet your group (if you have booked together) and be at the main entrance for your booked entry slot. Entry will not be permitted before your allocated time.
What if I am running late?
Allocated time slots must be strictly observed to manage visitor flow. If you arrive late, we will try to fit you into a later session subject to availability, but entry cannot be guaranteed.
What if it rains?
Spooky City is an outdoor event with covered activity areas. The show goes on rain or shine, so wrap up warm, wear sturdy shoes, and bring waterproofs to enjoy the trail!
Are food and drink available?
Yes! Hot food, soft drinks, and sweet treats will be available to purchase on-site in our Restbite Zone.
How long is the experience?
Spooky City covers 6 themed zones, alongside live entertainment. Most visitors spend between 45 minutes and 2 hours exploring the trail, shows and activities.
What activities are included with entry?
Entry includes access to the full 6-zone trail, our Halloween party DJ children’s disco, Halloween crafts, fire shows and juggling performances.
How does pumpkin picking work?
If you purchase the £8.00 Pumpkin Add-On, you’ll receive a wristband upon entry. Head to the Scare City cemetery on your exit to pick your pumpkin.
Are the actors allowed to make physical contact with me?
We can’t rule out some extremely close encounters with our scare park inhabitants. Be warned! Visitors are not permitted to make physical contact with the actors – any occurrence may result in removal from the venue.
What about accessibility?
Spooky City is set within Camelot Theme Park. Due to the existing topography of the venue, the trail consists of undulating surfaces, steps, and narrow passageways. The main trail is not accessible for wheelchairs, mobility frames, or pushchairs/prams. Accessible toilets are located at the entrance and exit.
Do I need to sign a disclaimer?
Yes, this will be issued on arrival and must be completed before entering the scare trail. This ensures all children are safely supervised by a parent or guardian while exploring the trail.
